Your weekend reset of your mind, body and soul. 

This is an "all levels welcome" yoga class in a welcoming, friendly community. 

The first part of the yoga practice is an energising yet gentle vinyasa flow style balanced with a more restorative, relaxing, in the second part.-what your teacher Rebecca calls "Flow to Slow" .

You can expect to leave feeling peaceful, present and ready to face the world after each time and in the long term you will notice significant improvements to your physical, mental and emotional health.
