Gorgeous host and venue. It was so relaxing and welcoming. Rebecca guided us all through each part of the day, with simple yoga, techniques and meditations to help us awaken ourselves, whether that be the mind or body. But I certainly felt very 'me' and with a quiet mind as I can have so many darting and intrusive thoughts at any one time.  I did feel internal blockages being released and physically felt better too. 
I would highly recommend to those who have a lot going in their lives or minds and to give it a go. I just didn't want to leave. 
Being comfortable with like-minded individuals also helped as we were able to freely discuss our findings.
I just can't wait for another one!
